How can agents receive calls?

Agents can receive calls through different mediums, either using the following link https://agent.voiclet.com/login or using the mobile application.

If you are using the website, you will need to enter your agent's login details to see / receive your calls.

Logged-in agents can manage their call history here:

You can download Voiclet app on Google Play and receive calls directly to your phone. 

Click on the Install button to download it.
