How to call an unidentified agent?

Before calling your agent, you will have to create an agent first in the Agents area. 

To call an unidentified agent, enter Campaign, and choose the call widget in the top right of your created campaigns.

In order for your agent to receive calls he/she needs to log into the agent's account using the credentials you have set for your agent in the agents area. They can log in either from the Phone App (Voiclet) or the web portal

You will be directed to the call page, enter the required info, and click call

Your agent will then receive the call.
